No one told you this when you started your business.

It’s overwhelming.

Some days are better than others. But it’s still overwhelming.

There is only so much one person can do. You never wanted to be everything to everybody, and somehow, as your business took off and grew - it morphed into this green-eyed monster that demands more and more of your time.

Everyone says to do more online. You know you need to be marketing your message to grow your business, but you don’t want to be skanky. You don’t want to sell your soul and become one of “those” people that spam everyone saying buy my stuff right now or the world will end.

And all you ever wanted to do is reach more people with your message. It wasn’t supposed to be this hard, but you’re not sure where to start. There’s too much information out there, and you don’t know who you can trust.

You’ve seen what other people in your space are doing, and while you’re tempted to copy them, it just doesn’t feel authentic. You want your work to have your flavor and your message. You want to grow your audience and reach your people. You want to make a difference.

All of the buzzwords get confusing. Automation, lead magnets, trip wires, split testing, optimization, evergreen, funnels, segmentation, launches, pixels, retargeting. Do you really need to drop 20k on a marketing funnel? Progress sounds great - but how do you know if you’ll get any results?

And where should you start? Life is short. There are only so many hours in the day, and your time is incredibly valuable.

And while it feels like there are way too many choices, it all can be simplified to just one choice.

One choice. One decision.

How do you want to move forward? Do you want to figure it out yourself, or do you want a trusted advisor to guide you?

You could figure it out yourself. But that takes time - and your time matters. And you hate learning lessons the hard way. You’re smart, or you wouldn’t have gotten this far. You are light years ahead of those wanna-be’s, but you still aren’t anywhere near where you want to be. But if you really wanted to, you could do it yourself.

You could learn from someone who can guide you through the process. Someone who has been there and done that. Be coached by someone who knows the ins and outs of online business strategy, effective marketing, product launches, and scaling business operations. Someone who will tell you the truth, even when it’s not what you want to hear. Someone who will give you actionable information specific to you and your business and your specific situation, so that you can focus on making real progress, rather than chasing shiny objects.

It’s your choice.

That’s the blessing and curse of being the leader - you get to choose.

But don’t be mistaken - there’s a big difference between knowing what to do and actually getting it done. Coaching is not a fairy godmother service. You and your team will still have to do the work - it’s not going to just magically happen. The good news is that you’ll be doing the right things that make a difference - rather than just hoping that you’re on the right track.

And while it seems obvious, you’d be surprised at how many people want to hire a coach or consultant, and then check out - literally - and expect miracles to happen. We’ve seen it time and time again - and we don’t continue to work with people like that. You have to care, and you have to show up. It might take a little longer than planned, but if you’re showing up and doing the work, you will make progress.

Progress isn’t about philosophy and theory. Strategies need to be implemented to work. Progress is about quantifying the actions that you are going to take.

We coach leaders who want to create a lasting legacy. Is that you?
